Can the clinic take my case?

We serve Pulaski County families. Whether we can take your case depends on three things, and we check all three before your first visit.

  • Your household income

No fee below the clinic’s income limit, and a sliding fee a little above it. We ask for a recent pay stub or benefits letter.

  • The kind of case

Divorce, custody, child support or a protective order. For anything else, we refer you to someone who handles it.

  • A conflict check

We can’t represent you if we already help the other parent or spouse. We check before we hear your story.

Tell us a little about your case

This goes to the front desk only. Answer what you can; we’ll ask the rest on the phone.

HoursMonday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Tuesdays until 7pm
Is it safe to leave a message?

Don’t include confidential details of your case here. Sending this doesn’t make you a client.

Before you apply

What does a case cost if I’m over the income limit?

A sliding fee set from your income, agreed in writing before we start. Court filing and service fees are separate, and we help you ask the court to waive them.

What if my hearing is this week?

Say so in the form or on the phone. A close court date moves you up the list.

Do you only help Pulaski County?

Our lawyers appear in Pulaski County courts. If your case is in another county, we’ll point you to a clinic that serves it.
